COAT CHICKEN IN EGG, THEN A COMBO OF BREAD CRUMBS (I USED ALEIA’S GF) AND PARMESAN CHEESE.
PAN FRY UNTIL GOLDEN.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Top with scallions.
LAY ON A RACK UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
