Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of sweetened cream cheese on each slice of bread. Roll it up…jelly roll style.
Dip the roll in the melted butter and then into the cinnamon/sugar. Bake on a cookie sheet lined with nonstick foil at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden. Serve with maple syrup and whipped cream.

Thanks so much for sharing your amazing & creative recipes! I made these with my step daughter this morning and they were incredible…whole family loved them! Btw-we also made the Rolo Cheesecake Bars a couple of weeks ago, which were incredible. Somehow I need to tear myself away from your desserts and try some dinner recipes now! ;0)

These are bloody brilliant! Now I made mine by adding some fresh strawberries to my sweetened cream cheese, so my middle was a little thinner and not overly sweet. And they were fantastic! A big hit with the family.

I made these delicious stuffed French Toast recipe for early morning Easter breakfast. It was so easy to make I doubled the recipe. Someone commented that the corn starch was lumpy. Hint: Always add a little at a time stirring constantly until you have it is smooth.
