I have to do a low-carb diet one day before medical testing. I don’t know if I can do it without my bread. Trying it today.
Thanks for the recipe.
Hugs & Cookies xoxo says
good luck!
Marlene says
I have been 51 days without bread.
Heather says
How do you store these? I put them in a ziplock bag and they got gummy.
Hugs & Cookies xoxo says
I think I would freeze them.
Dixie says
I cut the parchment paper between each one and layer them in a ziplock. The paper keeps them from sticking together – works great!
Brittany says
Do you know the net carb count of each of them?
Hugs & Cookies xoxo says
I don’t, sorry!
H Flores says
I did the calculations….less than 1 carb per roll (.73)
Michelle says
About 1 carb per roll (for the entire batch it’s 5.525)
Beth says
Thank you! I was wondering the same thing.
Karen says
So I am not much of a cook and once I combined the two, there was no consistency to create separate rolls. It was more of a liquid consistency…Any idea as to what went wrong?
Kim says
you may not have whipped the egg whites long enough to make them stiff.
Ar says
I make them and I love them
Kim says
I made these for the first time last week. THey turned out beautifully.
I am wondering if you could add stevia and cinnamon and make cinnamon rolls with them?
Hugs & Cookies xoxo says
I am not sure but I’m glad u liked them!
Beth W says
I added two packets of stevia but didn’t think about cinnamon. They are in the oven now:)
Terri says
Can these be made with light cream cheese?
Hugs & Cookies xoxo says
hmmmm, not sure-may change the outcome!
Alea says
I recently made a batch but mines fell apart while removing from the parchment paper!!!!
Dayle says
Can these be stored at room temperature?
Hugs & Cookies xoxo says
I would keep in fridge.
Michelle says
I whipped the egg whites till stiff but it still liquified when I blended the two. So, I poured into six silicone cupcake molds. The appearance looks the same as yours. Very light and fluffy. Smells eggy. Tastes a little bland. Wish I would have used more cream cheese. Still going to devour them because I miss bread!
