What if you don’t have dark brown sugar? I have golden brown. Will it change the taste and textire awfully much?

Is it a large egg and yolk I’m adding to it? The ingredients lists both but instructions just say yolk. Thank you!

I am wondering the same thing. I would like to make this recipe but unsure about the egg. Don’t want to mess it up!

Looved making these. I didn’t melt the butter I whipped the softened butter.followed the rest of directions.Added chopped walnuts 1/2 cup. Folded in with the chocolate chips. Nice soft cookies. Even stay soft in very dry climate for days when kept in a container that seals 💞
