Extra Thick Double Chocolate Cookies

Extra Thick Double Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 1c. butter
- 1T. canola oil
- ⅓ c. sugar
- 1c. light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2½c. flour
- ½ c. cocoa
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- 1½c chocolate chips
Instructions
- Beat butter, oil and sugars until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, cocoa, cornstarch, salt, baking soda.
- Stir in chips. Chill 1 hour.
- Scoop into 3 ounce tall mounds and bake on parchment lined sheets at 350 approx. 15 mins.
- Push in extra chips on top when done.
