The only thing better than a brownie is a brownie stuffed with Reese’s peanut butter cups and drizzled with melted peanut butter! Meet the Reese’s Stuffed Brownies! You could even take a short cut and use a box mix for the brownie. I hardly doubt anyone would question it. I would recommend Betty Crocker! Love her mix over some of the others. If you prefer to go homemade, this recipe comes together very quickly! You don’t even need the stove…just the microawave!
Reese's Stuffed Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 ½ c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. butter cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 ½ c. granulated sugar
- ½ c. packed light brown sugar
- 5 eggs room temperature
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 12 Reese's unwrapped
- ½ cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Line 9x13 pan with nonstick foil.
- Melt butter and chips in microwave safe bowl.
- Whisk in sugars.
- Add the eggs one at a time.
- Add vanilla.
- Fold in dry ingredients.
- Pour in pan and press peanut butter cups into the batter.
- Bake approx 30 mins.
- Once cool, melt peanut butter in the microwave and drizzle on top.
- Cut into squares.
