OK this is THE cookie. Just when I thought I had a favorite cookie, this one entered my life! I was at 7-11 with my son. We had just left his talent show and he wanted air heads as his reward for a star performance. As he chose those airheads there were a few skor bars on the candy shelf (amongst 100 other candies) screaming my name. Literally screaming, “Bake with me!” And so, I did! This is now my most favorite cookie in the universe. Try them and you’ll see why!!! Skor Double Chocolate Chip Cookies will rock your world!

Looks delicious! Do you have any measurement on the two sticks of butter for those who love outside North America?
Hugs & Cookies xoxo says
one stick =8 Tablespoons-does that help?

Those sound amazing. I’ll have to try that. I like to chop Skor bars up and add them to my brownie mix, then when they’re almost done baking I sprinkle a finely chopped Skor to the top. They are so delicious.

Before I start, the oven temperature says 300 degrees . Is this correct and why so low
Hugs & Cookies xoxo says
300 is correct.
Emma says
Note: I believe she means 300 degrees on convection. If you don’t have a convection option on your oven, you should convert that to 325 degrees. @Danielle, can you please confirm?
I baked these today at 300 on convection, and they were done perfectly at about 13 minutes.
Hope this is helpful!

Your advice to increase to 325 sounds great! I have only done 300 for both.
