BLT Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 4 eggs hardboiled, sliced in half, yolks removed and placed in bowl
- 2 T Kewpie Mayo or regular mayo
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 4 slices bacon cooked crisp and cut into pieces
- cherry or grape tomatoes sliced
- romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Once the hard boiled yolks are in a bowl, add the mayo and mustard stirring well. You want the consistency to go through a piping bag so add more mayo if needed. Add salt/pepper to taste and fill piping bag.
- Pipe yolk mixture into the egg whites.
- Top with bacon, lettuce, tomato slice. Add more salt/pepper and enjoy!
