Chocolate Peanut Butter Ganache Bars
Chocolate and peanut butter lovers are in for a treat!!!! These chocolate and peanut butter ganache bars are amazing and the topping puts them over the top! It is a dream to slice this bars with such a silky chocolate topping. You may also love No Bake Chocolate Chip Oreo Ganache Cheesecake.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Ganache Bars
Ingredients
- 3-3/4 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1-1/2 cups butter softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 oz. Bittersweet Chocolate melted and cooled
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- 1 bag peanut butter chips
- 1 bag chocolate chips
Chocolate Topping: (love this !!!! Cuts awesome!!!!!)
- 4 ounces butter
- 8 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 3 teaspoons light corn syrup
Instructions
- HEAT oven to 350°F.
- COMBINE flour and baking soda. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Gradually beat in flour mixture until blended.
- DIVIDE dough in half; place in separate bowls. Add melted chocolate to dough in one bowl; mix well. Add chocolate chips when cooled. Add peanut butter to dough in second bowl; mix well. Stir in peanut butter chips.
- Press peanut butter dough in bottom of 9x9 pan and lay chocolate dough on top. Bake until cooked through approx 30 minutes. Let cool completely and add ganache:
Chocolate Topping
- Microwave the butter and chocolate until smooth. Stir in corn syrup. Let sit a few minutes to thicken a bit.
