White Chocolate Candy Bark
This is a yummy treat for the white chocolate lovers. It looks very pretty when done with the fruits/nuts against the white chocolate. A sprinkle of sea salt would also be a lovely addition. You can wrap this in cello ribbon and it would make a fabulous hostess or holiday gift. You may want to also play around with the dried fruit toppings and try some dried cherries or whatever you have on hand. You can melt the chocolate in the microwave but I chose to use a double boiler and it was perfect. Saving some chocolate for the second addition off the heat is what tempers the chocolate!
