Copycat Cheesecake Factory Whipped Cream
Have you had the whipped cream at the Cheesecake Factory? We always order extra to go with our cheesecake slices or top top the famous Linda’s fudge cake. (Have you tried that massive chocolate cake yet?) Well, This is THE whipped cream! It has taken many trials and errors to recreate the Cheesecake Factory whipped cream but this one sure does nail it! A perfect copycat that pipes onto desserts like a dream. The secret ingredient? Cream cheese! Not enough that you even taste the tang, but just enough that it stabilizes the cream and makes it super thick. This leads to the perfect texture for piping and it is absolutely delicious! Try this copycat whipped cream on your next cake, cheesecake or even cupcakes. Your friends will beg you for the secret recipe. Hey,
Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe…
I’ve been trying to replicate cheesecake factory’s whipped cream for make weeks now but have been unsuccessful so far.
Would you mind telling what piping nozzle would give the same look as when cheesecake factory serves their whipped cream on the side?
